Why I Fight Book Review

Out of all of the books I've read this year I felt like I under stood the book WHY I FIGHT by J. ADAMS OAKS the best. This book is about a young named Wyatt. Wyatt did not have the greatest growing up he lived with his mom and dad who hated each other but one day his uncle Spade came and took him away.
This book has violence and drugs it is an extremely exciting book. Wyatt is a kid that fist fights for money. If you like to fight you would not have any trouble understanding the main character in this book.
The reason I liked this book so much I think is because my dad grew up just like Wyatt. My dad told me stories from when he was a kid so i could kind of relate to Wyatt. I think another reason I liked this book so much was because I have been in a few fights my self and I enjoyed the thrill of being in a fight. This book in some parts describes fights and when it does it gives me the same rush I get when i'm in a fight.

This is a very short one book series it did only take me a few day to read but it is well worth reading.

My Letter

To whom it may concern,
I have just recently read the book speak in my 9th grade english class. A man named mr Scroggins is trying to band this book from being read in high schools. I believe this man has the right idea the soft pornography in this book is extremely inappropriate. The book talked about under aged kids getting drunk at a party and have sexual intercourse. Then later on in the book it makes high school seem like an evil places witch in my opinion is not true at all. I would not want my kids when they go to high school to think this is what high school is about.
Only 16% of rapes and sexual assaults are reported to the police. I think it is extremely wrong that so many people are raped and so few people tell any one. I did not enjoy this book at all but I did learn a lot about how hard it is to go threw rape.
Sincerely,
mr Flannel Man
