My opinion on the death penalty is in some cases they should use it but in some others they shouldn't. Like in this case Walter Sorto Alexander he kidnapped two hispanic females sexually assaulted them and then he shot them in the face he should be killed. But if you are driving drunk and you hit someone and they die you should not be put to death. Clifton Williams in his case he Entered the house of a 93 year old lady he stabbed her, Strangled her and then he burned her body so he should get the death penalty. In the state of Maine I don't really think that the death penalty should be legal because its not that big of a state and there is not that much crime.
